%GMT is the crew speed as a percentage of the World Record speed or "Gold Medal Time".

%GMT is a useful way of comparing crews in different boat classes. For example an 8+ may go faster than a 2-, but the pair may be nearer to 100% GMT, and therefore be judged to be the better crew.

If you can't see your %GMT below it is because there is no known Gold Medal Time for your category, your category is not written in a standard format, or there is no recorded final time for you.
